Every celebration is different. These are the details most clients want to know before checking a date or requesting a quote.

What is included with an SPS wedding reception?

Wedding reception service includes up to five hours of experienced DJ and MC coverage, professional reception sound with subwoofer support, dance-floor lighting, planning support, and complete setup and teardown.

How do we get pricing for our event?

Use the Instant Quote tool for pricing built around your event type, venue, coverage time, production needs, and selected upgrades. After you check availability and request a quote, SPS follows up personally to confirm the details.

Do you only work weddings or events at Turkey Run Hollow?

No. Weddings are a major focus and Turkey Run Hollow is an important venue partner, but SPS also works at other venues and provides entertainment for private parties, school events, and corporate events.

Can we choose music and give you a must-play or do-not-play list?

Absolutely. Your music and the atmosphere you want guide the night. Booked clients can build requests through the planning portal, and guests can submit requests from their phones when Ask the DJ is enabled for the event.

How do booking and payments work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit locks the date, and every booked event includes a written agreement through the SPS booking system. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Date changes are subject to SPS availability and approval.

What happens after we book?

You receive access to the DJ Intelligence client portal for planning forms, timeline details, music choices, and event information. SPS also follows up personally so the system supports the planning instead of replacing real communication.

What if we want the reception to keep going?

When the venue schedule allows it, overtime may be added in half-hour or full-hour increments. Availability and the applicable rate are confirmed through your booking details.

Can SPS provide ceremony and cocktail-hour sound?

At Turkey Run Hollow, SPS can provide ceremony sound when the ceremony is held in the main barn; ceremony placement is determined by the venue. Cocktail-hour music is carried through Turkey Run Hollow’s integrated house speakers in the downstairs cocktail area. At other venues, ceremony and cocktail-hour coverage depends on the layout and the time available to transition into the reception.
